Terms and Conditions

1.... Do NOT spam the request form.
2.... Fill out all fields accordingly, meaning email and URLs have to be valid. If you don't know, put N/A. Do NOT leave it blank.
3.... If you have filled out N/A, check your email frequently, for I might email you about that field.
4.... If you're unhappy with your request, email me and I'll try my best to appease you. Do NOT flame my site.
5.... Leave the credits where they are. Do NOT remove or change them.
6.... Do NOT request elsewhere for the same thing if you have requested here. Your request will be automatically deleted.

Layouts Only

7.... Fill out the FULL NAME of a celebrity if you want them included on the layout.
8.... IMPORTANT: In Additional Comments, answer the following questions in order (hit Enter after each question. (1)Do you want buttons? (2)Do you want coding? (3)Do you want an Enter Sign? (4)Provide any THREE HTML codes you know. (Bold, Italics and Underline does not count).
***If #8 is not followed, your request is determined as INVALID, so be sure to answer those questions.
9.... Do NOT change or distort my art or coding in any way or form, even if you're just changing the layout image for a different layout. Rerequest for different coding with your layout image if you are in need of a second layout.
10... You MUST know some HTML. There's no point in providing you with a layout if you don't know how to put it up or to keep it active.
11... NEW! You MUST update me if you're going to change your link/URL.

Beta-ship Only

7.... In Additional Comments, provide a date of deadline. If there is none, put No Deadline.
***If #7 is not followed, your request is determined as INVALID, so be sure to do so.
8.... Do NOT request the day before it is due because I will deny it.
9.... Check over your text after you have received it for remaining/left-out mistakes. I am not responsible for correcting the whole thing perfectly. I am only human.

Terms of Services

1.... If you're providing pictures, it doesn't mean I'm obligated to use them.
2.... I have full right to deny your request.
3.... I do not accept porn/hentai/sexual or any Rated-R+ requests.
4.... I also do not accept layout requests for Blogger/Blog-spot, Myspace, Xanga or any blogging sites for I do not know how to code them. 5.... I am volunteering my services, so please do not email me or spam my cbox about your request. It will be done within a 2-week time frame.
6.... I will email you when your request is done, so check your mail frequently as well as the Status board.
7.... Though my art may not be among the best, I assure you that I have put a lot of effort into making it to the best of my ability.
8.... English is not my first language, and therefore by beta-ing your text, it is not guaranteed that it will turn out perfect. CHECK OVER YOUR WORK!
9.... I will be placing your site under Artfolio>Layouts. Update me on your link if you are changing it or moving. If you don't want your site advertised, please do tell me.
